The resident chefs are warmly enthusiastic and ready to reveal the secrets behind the perfect focaccia, tiny neat orecchiette, and traditional Apulian dishes. The kitchen gardens are bountiful and they invite guests to collect fresh red peppers, purple aubergines and fragrant green basil to add to the ingredients. This fantastic location also have a pizza oven, children especially love to knead the dough, choose the toppings and produce their favourite food.
